Always Here is pleased to announce that we now offer the filling and mailing of your cremation urns and keepsakes purchased through our website; you only pay for the return shipping. Here's how it works:

1. After placing an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email with instructions, determining the shipping method and any additional cost depending on what you purchased. 
2. Always Here will send you a small kit to send your loved one's remains in at no cost to you; we will also include a return envelope to mail us the small vital of remains to fill your pendant. 
3. We receive the cremains, process them, and fill the pendants or keepsakes. We mail you the remaining remains, the button cup, and your order. 

In most cases, you only pay for the shipping of your purchased items during the initial purchase. Therefore, the Compassionate Care Kit would be at no additional cost, depending on your purchased items. However, this will be determined in your confirmation email.
